Mandurah Forum Redevelopment, Mandurah, WA
Mandurah Forum Shopping Centre, 72km south of Perth, has doubled its size from a recent redevelopment. The centre now offers 220 stores in addition to major retailers, David Jones, Target, Kmart, Big W, Coles and Woolworths. To cater for over 3,000 cars, a new multi-deck and shaded rooftop car park was also constructed.
Project Design Brief
The shopping centre included a selection of floor finishes overlying new cable infrastructure for additional lighting, power, communications and CCTV. So that tile patterns could be maintained, designers needed all access covers to blend discreetly whilst allowing for accessibility.
